裝載機(jī)工作時(shí)間長(zhǎng)了之后，轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)難免出現(xiàn)一些偏差，此時(shí)應(yīng)該將山東裝載機(jī)放在平整路面上，快速原地空載轉(zhuǎn)向。如果左右轉(zhuǎn)向的時(shí)間差超過(guò)0.3S，則證明山東裝載機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)出現(xiàn)問(wèn)題，需要按以下步驟進(jìn)行調(diào)整。

1、將裝載機(jī)流量放大閥端蓋拆下，增加調(diào)整墊片可使右轉(zhuǎn)向時(shí)間減少及左轉(zhuǎn)向時(shí)間增加，減少調(diào)整墊片其結(jié)果相反；
